Message from the IJMM Editor
It is with great excitement that we introduce this first volume of the International Journal of Motorsport Management. The management of such a global sport requires understanding several principles such as economic impact, sponsorship, endorsement values of drivers, and innovative approaches to teaching in the motorsport classrooms of today’s institutions of higher learning.
All of the above topics are touched on in this first issue and we hope that you will be able to apply some of the research to your area of interest within the industry or academia. As we move forward with the Journal, I encourage both academicians and professionals within the motorsport industry to submit manuscripts and potential ideas of study to continue to move the industry forward in the years to come. Again, thank you for reading our journal and best wishes.
